- During the past 12 months, have you become restless, irritable, or anxious when trying to quit/cut down gambling?
- Over the past 12 months, have you tried to hide the amount of money you used to gamble from your family or friends?
- During the past 12 months, have you had financial problems related to gambling that required you to get support for living expenses from family, friends, or the welfare service?
